“Wine Tour”: The aromas and sensations of Son Roig

Antonio Nadal Bodegas y viñedos invites you to enjoy a full day of wine in our winery. From 11:00 to the afternoon, The Finca Son Roig will be at your disposal to enjoy an unforgettable experience. you can walk us through the vineyards of Son Roig, to visit our centennial installation, to taste our wines in the vineyards and all in a relaxing atmosphere, with the peace and tranquility of the centennial Finca Son Roig .
We want to make the visitor feel the sensations that the Son Roig vines offer and to delight the customer an unique experience with tasting our wines combined with typical Majorcan cuisine.
The visit is based on the following phases:
i. A walk through the vineyards of Son Roig with explanation of the history of our organic vineyards and planted varieties.
ii. Tour the winery and installations with an explanation of the methods of winemaking and winery machinery.
iii.Visit the centennial Son Roig Winery
iv. Wine tasting guided by winery owner
v. Food Buffet with typical Majorcan cuisine served with our vinesrecommendations:
• our customers are advised to bring comfortable clothing and footwear to walk comfortably through our vineyards.
• Our Wine Tour starts at 11:00 h reason why we appreciate your punctuality and summon you at 10:30 in the winery.

WINE DAYS WITH CHEF TOMEU CALDENTEY IN BINIAGUAL

Welcome to this exclusive event for 16 persons by Michelin chef Tomeu Caldentey at Bodega Biniagual.

The Michelin starred chef of the restaurant Es Molí den Bou has prepared an incredible tasting menu to be combined with the excellent wines of the winery Biniagual.

Chefs(in) offers this event as part of the  Wine Days in Mallorca, organized by the DO Binissalem.

Agenda:

  • 11:30 –Participants arrive at the hamlet of Biniagual
  • 11:45 – Guided walk through the vineyards and visit to the winery Bodega Biniagual
  • 12:30 – Exclusive tasting of some wines by Bodega Biniagual
  • 13:00 – Return to the hamlet of Biniagual and welcome by Michelin starred chef Tomeu Caldentey
  • 13:30 – Tasting menú by the chef and his team of Es Molí den Bou restaurant
  • 17:00 – End of the event
